DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY

Orders are produced on demand by our printing partner.
The following lead times apply:

• Processing/production: 2 to 5 business days
• Delivery France & Europe: 4 to 7 business days

An email containing the tracking number is automatically sent to the customer upon shipment.

ASLI cannot be held responsible for delays or losses attributable to the carrier.

You have a legal period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• item unworn
• unwashed
• undamaged
• returned in its original condition

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (excluding errors or defects).
In case of a defective product or printing error, ASLI will proceed with a replacement or a refund free of charge.
