GTC — GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

General Terms and Conditions of Sale – ASLI

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.asliheritage.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by ASLI, based in France.

By placing an order, the customer fully and unreservedly accepts these GTC.

1. Purpose

These GTC define the rights and obligations of ASLI and any consumer making a purchase on the Site.
They apply to all products offered for sale.

2. Products

ASLI offers textile items printed on demand.
The visuals presented on the Site are non-contractual; slight variations in color or placement may exist depending on the medium.

3. Price

The prices indicated on the Site are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (TTC).
ASLI reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but items will be invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order

Any order implies acceptance of prices, product descriptions, and GTC.
ASLI reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of dispute with the customer.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on Shopify (credit card, PayPal, or others).
Payment is secured via the Site's payment partners.

6. Production & Delivery

Items are printed on demand.
Processing times: 2 to 5 working days
Delivery times: 4 to 7 working days in France & Europe
Delivery times may vary depending on the period or the carrier.

ASLI cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

7. Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with European law, the customer has a period of 14 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Returns are accepted if the product is:
• unworn
• unwashed
• in perfect condition
• in its original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In case of a defective item or printing error, ASLI will cover a replacement or refund.

ASLI undertakes never to sell or disclose this information to third parties.
